I feel this way about my town, Scranton, PA. It’s not a small town, but it’s old timey. There’s a way to do business with small mom and pop shops in 100-year-old buildings where they know your name and ask about the things you care about that make it feel small. I’ve lived in a lot of places, both big and small, and Scranton feels like home. I feel settled here in a way I never have anywhere else.
